This contract is a pledge to uphold the values of discipline, respect, and hard work in all areas of my life.

1. Practice Preparedness

• Attendance: I will attend every practice, on time, and ready to participate fully.

• Equipment: I will come to every practice with the proper equipment.

• Focus and Effort: I will bring my best effort and a positive attitude to every practice.

2. Healthy Lifestyle

• Diet and Nutrition: I commit to maintaining a balanced and nutritious diet.

• Hydration: I will stay properly hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

• Rest: I will ensure I get enough sleep each night to stay prepared.

3. Academic Excellence

• Grades: I commit to maintaining good grades in school.

• Homework: I will complete my homework and assignments on time.

• School Behavior: I will demonstrate respectful and responsible behavior at school.

4. Responsibilities at Home and in the Community

• Chores: I will complete my chores at home.

• Respect: I will treat my family, coaches, and teammates with respect.

• Community Involvement: I will participate in community service when possible.

5. Behavior and Conduct

• Sportsmanship: I will exhibit good sportsmanship at all times.
